slostph Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to the slostph website at slostph.net, including all pages, sub-pages, applications, tools, features, and services accessible through it.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a registered Player on the slostph Platform, including the associated gaming wallet, transaction history, and preference settings.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the slostph Platform and is using the Platform for gaming or related services.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentive value credited to a Player's Account by slostph under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by a Player into their slostph wallet using an accepted payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and internal anti-money laundering policy, consisting of government-issued ID submission and, where required, proof of address and source of funds.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing licensed gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable local law.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary programme whereby a Player requests that their Account be suspended for a defined or indefinite period to support responsible gaming.

2.1  By registering an Account with slostph, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them without modification or reservation.

2.2  If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an Account or use the slostph Platform in any capacity. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3  These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional policies published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual promotion terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the more specific promotion terms shall prevail for the subject matter of that promotion only.

3.1  Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register or use the slostph Platform. This requirement is established by PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gaming in the Philippines and is strictly enforced by slostph without exception. Any Account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of an individual under the age of 21 will be permanently suspended, and all funds — including Real Money Funds — will be handled in accordance with our KYC and compliance procedures.

3.2  Geographic Eligibility. The slostph Platform is operated for players physically located in the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law are not permitted to register or use the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of slostph is lawful in your location at the time of access.

3.3  Identity Verification. All Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed. Accepted forms of Philippine government-issued identification include: a valid Philippine Passport, Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), PhilSys National ID, Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID, or Voter's ID. slostph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to satisfy regulatory requirements.

3.4  Exclusions. The following persons are not eligible to use the slostph Platform: employees, contractors, directors, and officers of slostph and its affiliates; immediate family members of such persons residing in the same household; individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded or been excluded by slostph; and any person acting as a proxy or agent for another person.

4.1  One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the slostph Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identity information, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts. Winnings generated across duplicate Accounts may be voided.

4.2  Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including a false name, date of birth, or identification document — is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the wallet.

4.3  Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. slostph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify slostph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4  Account Transfers. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account or any funds held within it to another person. Any attempt to transfer an Account constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5.1  Accepted Payment Methods. slostph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. slostph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

5.2  Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at slostph is Philippine Pesos Two Hundred (₱200). Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may be subject to change.

5.3  Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your slostph wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three (1–3) banking days to appear in your wallet, depending on the sending institution. slostph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4  Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Real Money Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your name — the same name as your verified Account.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.
• slostph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of enhanced due diligence checks required under anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals requested via GCash are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes of approval during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) banking days.

5.5  Currency. All transactions on the slostph Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). Currency conversion charges, if applicable, are the Player's responsibility.

5.6  Player Funds. Real Money Funds held in a Player's slostph wallet remain the property of the Player and are held separately from slostph's operational funds. slostph does not use Player funds for operational purposes.

6.1  slostph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including Wagering Requirements, game eligibility restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus play. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

6.3  Bonus Abuse. slostph operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, voiding of associated winnings, and potential permanent Account suspension:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers
• Placing low-risk or opposing bets to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine play intent
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or misconfigured promotional parameters
• Providing false or misleading information to qualify for a promotion

6.4  slostph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

7.1  RNG Certification. All slostph casino games that utilise random number generation are powered by certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness and statistical integrity. Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within individual game information panels.

7.2  Game Rules. Each game on the slostph Platform has its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers. slostph is not responsible for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand game rules.

7.3  Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error that affects the outcome of a wager, slostph reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the Player's wallet. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided. slostph's determination in such matters is final.

7.4  Sports Betting. For sports betting markets — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and other covered events — slostph reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body, in accordance with published sports betting rules.

8.1  The following activities are strictly prohibited on the slostph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the Platform's security, game logic, or payment systems
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or convert proceeds of illegal activity
• Colluding with other Players or Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage
• Impersonating another Person or slostph employee
• Creating or using an Account on behalf of a third party without their explicit written consent
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable local law
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward slostph staff or other Players
• Exploiting identified bugs or system errors rather than reporting them to slostph support

9.1  slostph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where slostph reasonably believes that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) the Account is being used in a fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal manner; (c) continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or compliance risk to slostph; or (d) slostph is required to do so by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

9.2  Voluntary Closure. Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting slostph support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Funds remaining in the wallet will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC and withdrawal verification procedures.

9.3  Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, slostph reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings held in the Account. Verified Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player subject to applicable legal requirements, including anti-money laundering holds where applicable.

10.1  slostph collects, processes, stores, and uses Player personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at slostph.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2  slostph complies with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Players have rights with respect to their personal data, including the right to access, correction, and erasure, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

10.3  slostph may share Player data with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, as required by law. Player data will not be sold to third-party commercial entities. Data shared with payment processors and KYC service providers is limited to the minimum necessary for transaction processing and identity verification.

11.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slostph's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2  slostph shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, opportunity, or anticipated winnings; (c) losses arising from a Player's own decision to gamble; (d) technical failures of third-party services, including payment processors, internet service providers, or device manufacturers; or (e) losses arising from a Player's breach of these Terms.

11.3  Gambling Risk Acknowledgment. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss. slostph does not guarantee winnings. By using the Platform, you accept full responsibility for your gambling decisions and the financial consequences of those decisions.

12.1  slostph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps enforceable by the Platform
• Loss Limits: Define maximum acceptable losses over a given period
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at configurable intervals during gaming sessions
• Reality Check: Pop-up notifications displaying time spent and net position during active play
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend Account access for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without formal self-exclusion

12.2  Self-exclusion requests submitted to slostph are processed by the compliance team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmed receipt. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed or shortened once activated. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or circumvent their exclusion. Any Account found to have been created in violation of a self-exclusion will be permanently closed and any funds handled per applicable law.

13.1  All content on the slostph Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, software, user interface designs, and promotional materials — is the property of slostph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

13.2  Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: copying, reproduction, or distribution of Platform content; commercial use of any Platform materials; reverse engineering of any Platform software or game systems; or creation of derivative works based on Platform content.

13.3  Any unauthorised use of slostph's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

14.1  slostph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect Player rights or obligations — slostph will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice via the email address associated with your Account and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.

14.2  Your continued use of the slostph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 9.2.

14.3  The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision to these Terms. We recommend Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

15.1  These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2  Any disputes arising between a Player and slostph shall first be addressed through slostph's internal complaints procedure. Players must submit a formal complaint to [email protected] with full details of the matter in dispute. slostph will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and issue a formal response within fourteen (14) calendar days.

15.3  If a dispute is not resolved through the internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players retain any mandatory statutory rights available to them under Philippine consumer protection law.

15.4  PAGCOR-regulated dispute mechanisms remain available to Players as an alternative avenue where applicable under current PAGCOR online gaming regulations.
